Dear Ann Landers,
00 a.m. to tell her to stop snoring? Clem started this a few months ago when he retired from his job. I am not retired, however. Clem can sleep late in the morning but I can't. Last night when Clem woke me up I got real mad. I asked him what in the world he thought he was accomplishing. He said, "Nothing is more annoying than to be kept awake by a snorer. The snorer should stay up and keep his victim company." Isn't this the meanest thing you ever heard of? I do not snore on purpose. If I could stop I would. What can I do?-Pooped

Dear Pooped,
See a doctor and learn if he can do anything about your snoring. Sometimes minor surgery will eliminate the problem. If the doctor says it is more complicated in your case, buy a cot and sleep in another part of the house.

Our Reader to Reader Question of the Week:

Dear Readers,
, whatever they needed I provided. What really hurt my son and I the most was the obituary - we were not mentioned at all. Our friends (mine and hers) were appalled. I was embarrassed and upset for not just me, but for my son-who loved her also. I never been so upset. Her x-husband put his wife and kids and their grandchildren in the obituary, who my girlfriend barely knew. They live an hour away from us. I know its silly to be mad over a little section of the newspaper, but it still hurts. Will time let this devastating loss of her and this article ever go away? I am so angry at this whole situation, its not like we can go and rewrite an obituary notice.
