I read it in the St. Petersburg Times and I thought it might convince you to reconsider your decision, since we now have some hard data. At the National Kitchen and Bath Show in Atlanta recently, the at-tendees were polled on, would you believe, how to hang the toilet paper-over the top or under and close to the wall. The vote was 1,826 for over and 1,256 for under. Interesting?
