Dear Ann Landers, We are having the same family fight for the third summer in a row. Our son is now eleven and since he was nine, I (his father) have felt that Delbert should go to camp. He doesn't want to go, and his mother says there is no reason we should insist. I wouldn't mind if the boy did some-thing constructive during the summer, but he stays up half the night watching TV and sleeps till noon. Then he nags his mother to take him swimming or to a movie. My wife says the child should not be forced to go to camp because he might feel rejected and this could damage his psyche for life. Your ad-vice is wanted.-The Singleton
