If some of those closet-hiders could stay in there all day as well as at bedtime, they could avoid cook-ing, shopping, cleaning, and laundry-everything! Why be only half a wife? With a little ingenuity a woman could get out of the whole business

Dear Ann Landers, If some of those closet-hiders could stay in there all day as well as at bedtime, they could avoid cook-ing, shopping, cleaning, and laundry-everything! Why be only half a wife? With a little ingenuity a woman could get out of the whole business.-Jed Dear Jed: The next letter sounds like a buddy of yours. I sense collusion.
Dear Ann,
If that dizzy dame has been undressing in the closet for twelve years, it's no wonder her husband "suddenly springs to life" when he sees her remove a stocking. I'll bet by this time the poor guy lights up like a Polish Church when she takes off her hat.-Sympathetic I was happy to close the closet door. I am accustomed to finding skeletons in closets, not wives.
